For example..Ive read about TONS of people who have degree's in FILM, and after they graduated they worked in clothing stores ect....
I dont want to waist my money for college if im just gunna end up with my dream not being accomplished, and waisting thousands of dollers for no reason in college.....
I need help on how to REALLY be anything of the ...

Colchester: How can I become indispensable at my new job?
For the first time, I got a job related to my field of study (Film and TV). Before I had only jobs I didnt care too much about, part time jobs while studying, now that I am starting my career I want to become indispensable and want to excel at it and eventually move up in the chain to a bigger and better positions, tasks etc.
I know for a fact that my boss is difficult to work with, I dont want this to affect me and want him to see my as an alliad, but not an ass kisser.

I’m 23, don’t really have a proper job, having just sort of drifted away from university- I failed my final year of studying architecture and had no energy to redo it. I’ve spent the past year crashing in my sister’s flat in London ,working part time, sort of, at events as a bar tender, whilst having occasionally filled the gaps working as a runner on film productions.
