Chester: can i get out of my apartment lease without a lot of trouble?
I am a college student who just lost a $4,000 scholarship given to me from a local business that just went out of business/bankrupt. My roommate and I each signed a lease for our apartment which lasts from August till July. I have $1,000 in the bank and rent is $625 a month for us. My roommate's mothers pays his rent however I am responsible for mine. I have a job but I do not make enough to make rent for next semester (i'm gonna need a good $4,000+) for it and am trying to get out of my lease. Chester: Loans available for people who want to start up a small business but who do not have a job?
Hi I'm 17 and I want to start my own business which is going to be a small airport transfers business so a bus going from the airport to the eastern suburbs. I was wondering if the bank would let me get a loan of say $6,000 max. So I can buy a van, pay for insurance and all the application fees, etc. I've tried applying for a government grant but they said they don't give grants out to people starting up a business only for existing business owners. I've had the odd job here and there but they haven't lasted more than 3 months and on the minimum wage. Can anyone help?? Thanks heaps!...

well hi im 15, no job sadly i have about 12$ to my name .Recently i lost my retainer...heartbreaking...so i called my orthodontist.... i have to pay 310$ for a new one this is crazy talk my family has no money for this!!!!
