Cheltenham: I have an idea for a movie, what do you think?
the movie starts out on September 11,2001. A man and a woman that are married both work in the trade center buildings, but different ones. They live in an apartment next to the trade centers. they split off into their seperate buildings, when the guy gets a phone call that he needs to fly to PA for a meeting, the wife has no idea cause the husband could not get a hold of her in time, he figures he can call when he gets to PA. Well, the terror attacks take place and she gets out safely, but has no idea of her husband leaving, he has no idea of the attacks happening while being on the flight. the destruction of the towers have destroyed their apartment complex as well, he lands at the airport ... 02 Dec 08, 07:12:44
Cheltenham: Where do you stand against illegal immigration?
Where do you stand against Illegal Immigration?
This is an article I found to answer a lot of common myths.
1. It is NOT racist to call these people illegal aliens In fact, illegal aliens is the only term used in federal laws and regulations to describe criminals (and they ARE criminals) who come into our country illegally. They are not illegal immigrants, not undocumented immigrants, not migrant workers, and not day laborers - they're ILLEGAL ALIENS.
2. Mexico is NOT a poor country. By sending its teeming masses to our country, that status keeps on rising. Mexico has more resources per square mile than the U.S. and plenty of money to take care of its own... 02 Dec 08, 05:12:28
Cheltenham: Loans available for people who want to start up a small business but who do not have a job?
Hi I'm 17 and I want to start my own business which is going to be a small airport transfers business so a bus going from the airport to the eastern suburbs.
I was wondering if the bank would let me get a loan of say $6,000 max. So I can buy a van, pay for insurance and all the application fees, etc.
I've tried applying for a government grant but they said they don't give grants out to people starting up a business only for existing business owners.
I've had the odd job here and there but they haven't lasted more than 3 months and on the minimum wage.
Can anyone help??
Thanks heaps!... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:58

Cheltenham: I drove away the love of my life!?
I have been overwhelmed with a lot of pressures from different angles, I left my job and moved back home (IL) until I could resolve some things in my life. My bf is from Cali, I'm from the midwest and he came with me to be at my side through everything. I was dealing with custody of my daughter, which lead to me becoming very deeply depressed.
Well, about 2 months after being in the midwest, going through court precedings and ill-treatment from my ex and his family and absolutely no support from family here, I just became very withdrawn, cold and closed up. My bf and I were raising my daughter with wonderful love and support from his and my family out in Cali. I sent her for a sched... 01 Dec 08, 10:12:34

Cheltenham: Is business management a pointless major?
I am applying to college this year and was going to major in business management until one of my friends, who is in college, told me it was a pointless major which wouldn't get me a job with a substantial income after i graduated. One of my dad's friends also said that it wasn't really that great unless you specialized in a specific field i.e. airport management. After undergrad school i want to get my MBA, but I've heard that your undergrad major doesn't have to be in business for you to get a MBA. Now i am wondering whether majoring in business management would be pointless since it seemingly won't get me a job with a good income after i graduate. And i don... 30 Nov 08, 10:11:02
Cheltenham: Is being an air traffic controller worth looking into as a possible career choice?
First off, I DO NOT want to be rich. I only require to live in the NJ/NY area.
I am in high school and am doing fine right now.
Basically, as long as I can afford a nice house (under 1M) and a nice car (like a used Mercedes) my life will be fine. Haha, in all seriousness though, that is really all I want. A nice job with a comfortable salary and a nice pension for when I decide to retire.
I am really interested in aviation. However, I have a lazy eye so I cannot become a pilot.
Some people have pointed me in the way of air traffic controlling. I have heard this is arguably one of the BEST if not, THE best job you can get without a college degree.
Now, bear in mind, it is no p... 30 Nov 08, 04:11:53
