Okay, so I'm applying for a job at this ice cream shop and I knew everything except what to put down for:
1. Why do you think you would be a valuable asset to the Baskin-Robbins store staff?
2. Why do you want to work at Baskin-Robbins?
3. What benefit do you expect to derive from working at Baskin-Robbins?
I mean, I know what exactly what to say, just not how to say it on paper. So if anyone could help, please do.

Chelmsford: I have a splotchy dye job, if I re-dye it, will it still be splotchy?
I couldn't find a wig I liked for Halloween, so I resorted to dying my hair at the last minute. I used a semi-permanent black dye. I was hoping it would fade out fast, but it didn't. I did a bad job coloring it and it is really splotchy in a lot of places. I want to get this fixed. Can I just dye over it? Do I need to get it decolored? What is the best way to fix it?...

Chelmsford: I KINDA WANT TO SWITCH MY MAJORS...IS THIS A GOOD PLAN?!?
I'm a first-time freshman in college and am in International Business.
The only reason I chose this major is because I'm good at languages and have studied abroad and get along with foreigners and love airplane food etc., but my major has the most requirements (if I learn a language) and I'll probably graduate at least 1 year later than planned because I'm learning my third language and plan to learn two more.
I'm great at languages and business, but the truth is that I really prefer marketing...i'm hyper creative (one reason i'm good at languages [and art, cooking, and music...but those are hard to make money with lol]) and always found it so thrilling....

Chelmsford: 2 year old male chihuahua always marks in the house?
Okay, about a month or two I got a second chihuahua who is 2 years old. The first one is a girl, and this one is a boy. He always marks in my house. I am so tired of it. I don't know what to do. What can I do? I work odd hours. Sometimes 3 hours for lunch, or 3-10, or 11-7. Depends, I have two jobs. When I am not at home, I have them in the bathroom so they aren't unsupervised in my house. I heard crate training is good, but how can I do that if I work 8 hours and it's an forty five minutes away? If I neuter him, will it improve a lot?? Please help me, besides his potty problems, he is such a sweet and loving dog....

Chelmsford: no job, only went to school 2 days and school started in august....?
over this past summer, summer of 08 i began hanging with the wrong people, i was partying everynight almost drugs and alcohol. Now its a bad habit i just cant seem to let go of those friends and i cant seem to stop drinking or drugs. the police have started to get me help after they realized what was happening. (my brothers had alot of run ins with the copz and they started to notice the same things happening with me as did with my brothers) but it just seems i cant bring my self to let go of my friends and the drugs and alcohol. and i have gone to school 2 days and school started in august. im a senior in high school and im 18 years old...how do i bring myself to tell the copz thats im read...

Chelmsford: Why do people sabotage you?
I live with a roommate who tries to sabotage me. We both pay rent and work low paying jobs. We're both in the situation but I look younger and was born in America with some college experience; he was born in china and has a lot experience with electronics and computers. The thing I don't get is that why does he resent me? When you look at the big picture everything is equal. Chelmsford: I got fired but have another job lined up, How can I start early?
I got fired this week. I knew it was coming and I actually lucked out and found a new job. I got fired by a matter of 1 point on my productivity score. My new employer told me in the initial interview that he wouldn't even hire me unless I gave the courtesy of giving my employer a 2 weeks notice. The new employer gave me a verbal offer the same day as my initial interview, but I am waiting on my background check which should be in this week.. My question is how do I start the new job earlier than 2 weeks without saying I got fired.?...

well, to cut a long story short, i got to know this guy in my class only on the last 2 weeks of school though we've been classmates for 3 months.
and well the second time we had a conversation, he chatted to me for 2 hours though he initially wanted to go home. and we discovered we had alot in common, soccer, our beliefs, sense of humour etc. and he told me alot of interesting stuff about himself and stories about his job and his thoughts etc.
