I need to download/get hold of some kung fu sounds effects for my media project. I have some general kicks/puches etc. I would really like some voice over thoough. For example a jackie chan 'fighting talk' type phrase. Does anyone know where I could get this from? For free? Or how I can record off something and put it on the computer? Well Okay say I wanted ANY computing career, maybe not a computer science degree, what would I need?
I heard I need: computing, maths, physics, chemistry
The thing is, all I know I would be able to take is higher computing, because I haven't been taught credit maths to be able to take it as a higher, and physics and chemistry.. I didn't take them
So am I doomed? Will I ever get a career in computer science? I'm so aggravated, if only I knew this when I chose my standard grades..
What do I neeeeeeeeeddddd?
If I generally fail and am pretty sucky at maths, should I just give up my dream of...

Chelmsford: Having Problems with Wireless Adapter?
Hiya,
Have an old IBM Tower, (3-4 years) with WinXP sp3, and an installed WMP54G Ver 4.1 Wireless adapter by Linksys. Driver is installed correctly, when I join the computer to our domain, put my credentials in, and it takes - I proceed to restart my computer. When it logs off, goes to black screen, and the monitor looses signal, the computer doesn't restart. With a manual shutdown, and reboot, The computer will not allow me to log onto the domain. (Says domain unavailable) - When I log on as local admin, the adapter is connected to the network, and I can proceed to browse the interwebs via manual authentication. Anyone have any thoughts as to why my domain claims to be unavailable??

Chelmsford: How to get around an IP ban from wireless internet?
My University IT people banned my computer from the wireless network by accident, but by school rules, they're not allowed to reset it until next year. They told me to find a way to get around the ban, except obviously they're not allowed to tell me how. I was wondering how I should go about doing this? When I try to connect to the internet with Vista, it gives me a failed to disconnect message....

Chelmsford: Viewing Porn On The Net?
Before I get to the question’ everybody looks at porn’ whether it be soft or whatever!
I learnt my lesson a few years ago after looking at these pages a few months later my computer became very very slow.
And because of this I drastically stopped looking!
On flickr there are certain pics anyone can view-now If I do view these pics then will it harm my computer in anyway.
Or will they be virus checked by Yahoo before they are posted.
I know this is a sort of lewd question but would like to hear genuine answers from what is a genuine question!

Chelmsford: What if a Telecom Engineer learns Networking?
Hi all,
I'm currently doing BS in Telecommunication Engineering, with main emphasis on GSM, CDMA, WLL and WiMax. Students graduating from my department are getting jobs in maintenance and deployment of the networks which I just mentioned, and hopefully when I'll graduate after 18 months, I'll have command on these networks.
I'm not sure if all this is in high-demand in the world, especially in Middle East and Western countries, so I have decided to do some extra stuff before I graduate.
I have started studying CCNA and MCSA on my own, and I'm confused whether I should give the test or not, because if I choose yes, then it will cost me a lot of time and money, ...
