plastic films off ready meal trays?
plastic carrier bags?
(there are others things im unsure of, i am just worried incase i recycle wrong as they wont take the bags)

My hubby has arranged for me to have a weeks break in Llanfynydd
Carmarthenshire, the place I am going to be staying at has a gym a pool and a sauna and jacuzzi. My question is in the gym and pool what can I do to get the most impressive results in just a week.
I'd like to come back with a bit of vitality and maybe a little lighter.

Carmarthenshire: Where to go on a date? Help!?
My new boyfriend's coming down Friday (day after tomorrow EEK!) for the day (not evening) and I'd love to have a fun date, the only problem is I live in a rubbish town with very little to do, it looks like it's going to be raining so the original fun day in the park plan has gone out the window!
