Carlisle: Courier Jobs Info wanted for new driver?
I am interested in a driving job. However there are a few issues I have come accross in finding the work.. 1) Taxi is out! I could not put up with the hassles that come with it in the way of drunk people, and non payers etc! 2) any other kind of public transport is also not appealing 3) I have a BIT of a dodgy back so cant do heavy items!! so i came accross the idea of courier service! This sounds just what I am looking for! the sites I have found say that the drop off items will be no more than 30kg so should be ok. this other site provides info but goes into insurance etc and i dont know what most of it means! http://www.courierexchange.co.uk/resources/media/10.pdf oh! Carlisle: Do I have to limit my college options? Please help?
My parents keep telling me I'm going to have to get a job to help pay for college, which I understand. But when I tell them that I'm interested in this out of state college, they get mad at me and tell me it'll be expensive enough sending me to our in state public university. I thought loans or assistance was possible? I'm a high school junior. I have a 4.0 gpa, I'm taking IB classes (but I'm not full IB), I'm active in the music and theatre programs, I'm in KEY club and NHS. And on the PSAT last year, I scored above average. Am I going to have to limit my college options to public in state colleges, simply because my parents don't think it&...

Carlisle: Please revise this paragraph AND edit new vocab please i need your help? add new vocab.?
There are many questions to be answered when filing for bankruptcy. Such as, how much does it cost to file for bankruptcy? What property can I keep? Or what will happen to your house or car? Nowadays it costs $160 to file for bankruptcy, whether for one person or a married couple. The court may allow you to pay this filing fee in installments if you cannot pay all at once. If you hire an attorney you will also have to pay the attorney’s fee you agree to. In a chapter 7 case, person can keep all property which the law says is “exempt” from the claims of creditors. You can choose between your exemptions under your state law or under federal law. In most of cases, the federal exemptions a...

Carlisle: Rough cost of moving to San Francisco?
I'm considering moving to San Francisco. My boyfriend there has an apartment and I wouldn't really have to help out much with rent or anything so that's not what I'm asking. How much money would be ideal to have saved up to move there, to cover food and such until I can land a job, and to pay for a transport pass (or whatever that is - I live in Omaha and have never used public transportation.) Also, would it be possible for anyone to point me to other information about public transport there (fees, other info) and other possible living expenses? Would moving there with roughly $1,000 be enough? Also wondered how easy it would be to get a job in the barista/cafe or bo...

Malaysia is a relatively safe country, said Federal Criminal Investigation Department director Datuk Mohd Bakri, as there are 772 crime cases for every 100,000 residents in Malaysia. Singapore recorded 704 cases, Hong Kong 1,166 cases, Japan 1,569 and Australia 4,470 cases, he said. The government has started pouring resources into crime prevention, with almost RM6 billion allocated in next year's Budget to recruit more personnel and buy better equipment. Carlisle: Do you think I could get into Georgetown University?
If you don't think I can, how do you think I can improve my chances? I'm a Junior, I've had a 4.00 for the past 2 years (all honors classes, soon I'll be taking a ton of AP courses), I'm the president of the French Club and Ultimate Frisbee Club. Next year I'll be in NHS and Key Club. I volunteer at an elementary school, and soon the animal shelter and the public library, and next summer I'll do Girls State. I also have a part-time job. I'm mostly worried because I'm not very athletic and I don't go to church, and all of my friends have done countless things with their churches and have played some sort of sport for 8 or so years. I've b...
