Cardiff: I need some Temporary Job Advice (business related)?
I'm a college graduate with a bachelors and some sales/office jobs experience. I want to work in the marketing field but am having lots of trouble finding internships or entry level jobs in this field. That being said, i wanted to improve my resume with a temporary job. I've got an interview with waddell and reed for a financial advisor position and I'm also applying to AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Which of these jobs would look better on my resume for a marketing job? I really don't want to sell insurance (is this a bad time b/c of the economy?). Cardiff: How can I become a conservative?
I'm working on it, and so far I've come up with --
- Make all sorts of claims about things that haven't actually happened (if the Democrats were in charge, how much you want to bet *they'd* be doing the same low down stuff we are)
- Make all sorts of crazy false accusations (Obama is a Muslim, Obama is a Socialist)
- Make all sorts of dumb accusations about things you know nothing about (I haven't seen Obama's record at Harvard, therefore his grade point average must be low even though he graduated with high honors which if I'd gone to kollidge myself like my mule Festus I'd know means he had a high grade point average)

Cardiff: What do you think could have happened to me?
There I was, a new graduate from a small, business college and feeling good about my accomplishments because I was a single mother, a caregiver to my invalid mother; lost my fiance' suddenly and support for an aging father (80+ but in good health except for HTN). Cardiff: I graduated college and can not find a job and considering working in the military. Should I?
I graduated in a degree in Economics. I live in NYC and can not find a job because of the trouble with all the banks. I have gone THOUSANDS of dollars in debt because of no job and losing money. Only thing I could do is work in day trading and if this wont work (which it hasnt yet, lost 700 bucks in about a month so far) I'll be rock bottom. At least I think the Marines or Army might take me in, perhaps into an officer program? What do you guys think, especially anybody ever in the service. What pay can I roughly expect. Thanks....

Hey everyone,
I am a High School senior taking some classes through a community college. I currently work at a pizza restaurant. Now that I am going to be graduating, I would like to start looking for a job more along the lines of what I want to go into (accounting), so as to gain some experience, and I also need higher pay so as to be able to pay for college. Cardiff: Should i change my major?
Hi there i am currently a junior at CSU fullerton. My major is Public administration. Should i change it to political science. If i do political science i could get out of school two semestes from now. With Public administration i have to do 3 more semesters. My goal is to go to law school, but i will need to get a good job after getting my BA because my parents won't let me stay in their house after i graduate from college. Currently i have a part time job, but it does not pay for much. So will political science get me a better job than a public administration degree. Cardiff: Need some advice on what to do now?
My husband and I have been TTC for almost 2 years. At my last gyno appt I mentioned this to my doctor in hopes of some helpful advice or help. He just starting asking me questions like do I know what ovulation is and when does a woman ovulate, like I had no clue about anything, which is fine, but it was in a very rude manner. Then he gave me a chart and told me to start charting my cycle (which I had already been doing) and to tell my husband to go for a semen analysis (which he did and came back good). Cardiff: I think i've turned into a stalker...?
Met this guy over the summer, really was into him, he took me on one date while he and his gf were broken up, then they got back together. Fine. He is ignoring my texts and calls. I've started to flat-out stalk his gf. I found her name out on facebook, then did a google search and other research. I now know where she went to middle, high school, and college, when she graduated, what her degree is in, what she does for a living, and her address. I even know she got a boob job last yr from a message she posted on her doctor's website message board.
