Canada: Does this man deserve to go to prison?
Does this man deserve to go to prison?
Cameron: He is a 20 something male who is stuck at a dead end job making very little money for his hard work and Cameron was so pissed off and angry with the lack of rewards he was getting for his hard work that he decided to quit his job and make a living by selling drugs (cocaine, crack and marijuana) and he was making 10 times as much selling drugs than he was working in retail and Cameron was proud to be a drug dealer cause he was getting the rewards he always wanted for his hard work and he felt it was better to be a drug dealer than slaving his butt off in retail.
Plus with Cameron becoming a drug dealer he was making enough money to travel ... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:50
Canada: Massage therapy school & career?
I am going to be going to school for massage therapy in March of next year. I know a lot of people say make sure it's what you want because it's a demanding job, but that's not my issue...I very much enjoy the art of natural healing and making people feel good. I'd like to hear from people that are already in the profession. When you first get out of school is it easy to find work?? Especially with the economy right now, is it still a profitable business?? My dream first job as a massage therapist would be on a cruise ship! But I'd like to eventually be partnered with a chiropracter's office and/or have my own business.
Just would like to hear som... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:31
Canada: Second-try relationships?
My boyfriend (of two years) and I recently moved in together. As many of you probably know, moving in together makes things very real. Day-to-day life got stressful. We both have some things we need to get in order (he's trying to finish school, settle with a career path, etc.) and I'm under a strict deadline to get my Master's degree and am struggling to find a full-time job. Long story short, we decided that I would move back home (3 hours away) for the time being.
Our separation had nothing to do with cheating, other people, or a lack of love. We love each other more than anything, but our lives are simply not in the right place right now. Do you think we re... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:23
Canada: help with finding the right post seconary school?
I am actually having a small break down right now because i am so confused. i have no idea where to go to school, because i still have no idea what i want to do! i really enjoyed bio, and math is probably my weakest subject. my plans are to wither become a nurse and join an organization much like 'doctors without borders' where doctors go to help in war torn areas. or i can also see myself as a teacher for younger students with special needs. i love kids, they are so cute, but like most people i find them annoying after a while, and i really do like the idea of making a difference through doctors without borders. overall i am confused and have a lot of pressure put on me through my... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:08
Canada: Why do I feel guilty making lots of money in Real Estate in a bad market and credit crisis. Is God helping me?
( I am asking this question in this category but it feels right and I feel that the people in this category are more credible. Lots of friends here )
It is strange that I am even asking this question.
I hear all the negative news about Real Estate from coworkers and the media and customers yet I ignore them all and that is because i have FAITH and TRUST in the U.S.
People still need housing and I am there for them. This year I have produced 8 Million is residential home sales ( I mention this figure only to give you a better picture to help answer my question . Not to brag )
Regardless. I am surprised that I am selling homes. I have cash customers, Leases, Owner financing listing... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:37
Canada: What do I do now that I've graduated.?
Last year I graduated from a technical school as a Medical Assistant. It was a poor decision to attend this school because the quality of the education was substandard. For example the software for medical billing wasn't working and the instructor for the clinical part was inexperienced. To make matters worse, I was put into an externship site that was a nonprofit organization (a medical clinic for nonpaying patients) where I didn't do much of anything. All these concerns were addressed to the administration but fell on deaf ears.
Now a year later, I still haven't found a job in the medical field yet. Should I consider going back to school for a different career or still ... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:33
