Cambridge: How can i become a tour guide in NYC ?
I recently visited NYC and LOVED IT! i have always wanted to travel away from home as i have been studying leisure and tourism at secondary school and now studying travel and tourism at sixth from college. when i visited nyc i seen how awesome of a job it would be and im really really interested in becoming a tour guide in New york city. i was also wondering if anyone knows rougly how much a tour guide gets as an income. I have researched the job but i cant get a straight forward answer..

1. Very well paid job, but really boring and I am actually not interested.
2. Mid- low paid job but its fun and you are interested.
Which job would you choose if you were to choose only one?
I'll give you a n example.
For me,
1. Doctor
2. Pilot.
Doctor is very well paid but it's really boring and not interesting and I don't like to stay in hospital tending sick people.
Pilot is middle when it comes to salary. Or even lower. If you get hired into regional airlines, you get about 18000 dollars per YEAR however when you get seniority and flying hours, you absolutely get paid more.

I am at my wits' end.
My parents and I have never had a particularly good relationship. I am the only daughter, and they pal around with my 3 brothers just fine. They've always given them money for toys, electronics or other fun stuff, and when the boys want to talk, my parents are always up to talk about Jesus with them (something they have in common that I don't).

Cambridge: How big of a city do I need to move to?
I live in an area where most of the guys are either taken or players.
I want to live in a big metro city so I can have better opportunities with jobs, leisure(sp?) hobbies, clubs and so on.
Also I was wondering if I need to move to a city smaller than Denver or bigger than Denver like NYC, Chicago, Orlando, Las Vegas or LA? or San Diego?
So I have more chances of meeting the type of guys I'm interested in and getting into romantic relationships along with friendships.

Cambridge: Why did we ever make a day only 24 hours? Why not make it 50? We would have so much more leisure?
Time on our planet is a constant, so why did we make it 24 hours. And why did we make up this notion of AM and PM, isn't that a strange thing. I like the European idea of 24 hours.
