Brighton: Pranks to play on your boss?
Hi all, I'm a screenwriter working on a new comedy movie. I'm wondering if people can tell me what sorts of pranks/practical jokes they have played on their bosses before? Maybe you worked in a hotel and the staff used to do something to prank the manager? Maybe you work in an office? Maybe a carwash? The location or type of job you did doesn't matter, just curious about some of the more funny/memorable pranks you've ever pulled off, or heard about....

Brighton: My first job: Am I not looking in the right places?
Is finding work truly as difficult as it seems? While I have not sent in as many job applications as I could have, I know that I have sent out more than enough that I should have gotten a reply back by now. I am 18 years old, in college (with a very unfriendly schedule this semester, but I still have weekends available), and have not been able to find a job for the past 5 months. I live alone and I don't know many people in the town I live in. I've been in the city's local fire explorer program for the last 6 months. I even went to academy just last week and got my Fire Control 3 certificate. Most of the jobs I've been applying for are very basic entry level jobs. F...

Brighton: Is this a poor time to buy a home?
I am graduating college in December and moving to Tampa a few weeks later. I found a cute little house for $50,000... an awesome price. This would be my first home. I have a few problems. My second problem is not having a job upon arrival. It would be nice to be there for a month and then buy, but thats difficult with a lease and I cant stay in a hotel with all my furniture sitting in a U Haul for a month....
