Bournemouth: Why not put $1 tax on every cigarette butt. When returned; digital scanner reimburses finder 35 cents ea.?

Bournemouth: Why is so hard for students to get professional jobs?
No, I'm not talking about babysitting, lawn-mowing, or other house-hold jobs for the neighbors.
I take my studies very seriously, but I also express a big interest in my future career. I want to absorb as much experience in Retail as I possilby can.
But that's difficult because no matter where I look, I see no vacanies for high school students. Retail Industry wants Managers or Full-Time sales assistants.
All employers seem to demand too much. I try my hardest to fufill their demands when I look for a job, but that's difficult because I don't possess that much experience yet. But I am a committed person who can learn, adapt and work to the best of my ability.
