Bangor: hair dye help 911!!!?
I NEED 2 DYE MY HAIR TONIGHT! i have a job interview tomorrow...my hair is very thick, long, curly and a little coarse. it's naturally dark brown and i haven't dyed it in 2yrs. the sun has lightened my hair quite a few shades, but my roots are grown out and are a bit darker then the rest of my hair. i CANNOT afford to get my hair done by a professional. my question is how should i go about dying my hair without it turning out multiple colors. i called the 800 number on the box of hair dye and they weren't much help. if anyone knows how to dye my hair without screwing it up then please let me know. thanks... 05 Dec 08, 12:12:01

Bangor: How to discuss salary during/after a job interview?
Hey I have a job interview tomorrow at a fast food restaurant. I am very reluctant to even be taking this interview but a lot of places I've applied for won't hire me because I have little go no experience. So I am applying at a fast food restaurant because unless I majorly screw up the interview I have no fear about not getting the job. Now I am wondering about money I am really reluctant to get payed minimum wage ($8.50/H) especially cause taxing takes money away in the end. Anyways I am wondering how do I discuss money without telling them I want high pay and not acting like I am desperate for money only. I want to make at least $9.00/h but I think I need to do some major talkin... 04 Dec 08, 11:12:09

Bangor: How can you protect yourself from the people in hiring positions?
People in hiring positions can emotionally screw people when they want to, they have a hostile demeanor and these people where I live can do damage to someones life;

Bangor: va unemployment question - what happens now?
we filed a claim for unemployment (hubby's hours were reduced so much that we eventually had to move from the place we were renting and move in with family because we couldn't pay the rent/utilities) and got the PIN and the monetary determination in the mail already. i understand the one week waiting period and he's been looking for jobs all week, so there's no problem with calling in after midnight Saturday with at least three job contacts. my question is what happens now? does the VEC interview the previous employer now, or is the monetary determination the final decision that he is eligible and will receive that amount?... 04 Dec 08, 11:12:52
