I think Obama gets it. I don't think EVERYONE is being ignorant about it... but a lot of the CEO's of these companies don't seem to understand, and the people listening to them don't seem to understand either... Automobile sales are at a 26 year low according to news. Tell me something; How exactly is $36B, or $180B, or even 1 trillion dollars, going to change what is happening to our country?
Will that put more money in my pocket to buy a car? No.

well we've been together for 5 yrs. and he's always been supportive, working 2 jobs and there for his son at all times....however he would always mistreat me, physically, emotionally, and verabally. I would always think that i deserved some of that but most times i didn't...I would try to make things right for all of us especially for my son.

Bangor: Donating uterine eggs for cash?... ?
I am 18, and considering donating my eggs for money. I don't think I would fell too much pain letting another have my eggs. It's a worthy cause. If I sold my eggs I would be compensated a minimum of $5,000 per cycle. I'd be able to stop struggling with part-time jobs, and focus on school. I want to go to med school and become a doctor.
Does anyone know about the process, the hormones shots, what I would have to change about my body for the process, and how long it occurs?

I have chronic problems with asthma and bronchitis.
This is not my worst problem. Bronchitis is No worse here than outside, except I cannot breath this
cold air without having severe pain. I wheeze. I am not leaving here voluntarily. I enjoy my child and grchids so much whether they do me or not.

Bangor: I lost my job, How do I get my Social Security money back?
Okay, I worked at a restaurant and they closed, so I'm out of a job (no big deal for me, I'm in college and live with my parents I'm only 20)
I do however pay for classes at my Community college (I'm transferring to a REAL school next year)
and I have some credit card debt (only about 400 bucks)
I got my last pay stub and this year the government has stolen about $1000.00 from me in the name of Social Security.
I am FOR elimination of Social security (Fuck $600.00, what kind of stimulus would a 6% raise (12% if self employed) and the recovery of all the money that citizens have had taken form them without permission

Bangor: Could people advise me on how to make a mid life career change? (UK)?
I'm 44 and currently working as a laboratory technician. I have an MSc in Chemistry but rarely am I able to do any real chemistry and a collection of mild disabilities do make lab work quite trying. I really feel that I'd like to work in the field of political research for a pressure group whose objectives I support or the political party I support.

By 2010 the rules will change to mean that all lone parents with youngest child aged 7 will have to go onto jsa or it then equivilant and try to find work
whilst i think this is a good idea and the government are trying to assist financially - ie the £40 per week and back to work bonuses etc im just wondering where all these jobs are going to come from with the current state of the country and so many immigrants still coming over and working for less than minimum wage - im also thinking that a lot of employers wont be so understanding when it comes to school holidays and kids getting sick

I am in desperate need of a job...I am at present with family in the US but things are not working out here at all. I really need a job and an apartment. I am a Canadian citizen by birth...I did high school and some college...I would love to complete my college education but I can't afford it because I am unemployed.
