Bangor: Can't make the decision!?
I have been admitted to the Clark University's MBA program. I have two choices at hand.
First, is to accept this offer. If I accept it then I have no choice but to pursue MBA in Finance and am not very keen on doing that. My parents will have to shell out a lot of money for this course. In fact they have already put in a lot of money towards the application process. But if I pursue it I do not know if I will be able to handle the curriculum. My major interest lies in Organisational Behaviour.
Second choice is to apply next year. In this case I will have to give the GMAT again (and again am not sure if i will be able to improve my score) and also wait for another 6 months. Also, I... 04 Dec 08, 02:12:42
Bangor: I am about to type up our annual Christmas newsletter that we send out with our Christmas cards and need help!?
I am about to draft our annual family newsletter to all the people on our Christmas card contact list, and stuck with a worrying problem that is beginning to get me down. The problem is that I usally enjoy recording details of such things as my husband's latest promotion or our eldest daughter's exam success, and even include the details of some major recent buys. The holidays always get a mention - always very expensive, and always abroad, but this year things are very, very different. I am now faced with the problem of either reporting the grim news that my husband recentlky lost his job, that my daughter faces a police caution for a minor traffic offence, and that we only went t... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:12

She wants to go abroad to earn some money because she can't find a job where we live. All of us: me, my mother and my father are unemployed. My parents are pensioners and I'm almost 30 and have never worked. What can I do to stop my mother from going abroad?

Bangor: In person job interview requested by NYC firm but I'm in Europe?
I'm studying abroad at a European university right now and I've been offered an interview recently by one of the top companies I'd want to work at after I graduate. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the US until Feb. 2009 and a round-trip plane ticket to NYC in the next few days costs around $1500 - $2000.
The interviewer specifically requested an in-person interview at their NYC office but it'll be quite inconvenient and costly for me to go there in the next few days. I don't wish to spend a few thousand $$$'s to go to a 1st round interview where many candidates are eliminated anyways but I also don't wish to give off the impression I'm... 04 Dec 08, 09:12:26
Bangor: Can anyone help me find out where the below essay is found(website)?
When Tsar Nicholas II, the absolute ruler of the Russian people, was overthrown in 1917, there was a great opportunity for workers and peasants to be freed from poverty and tyranny. During this time, there were many different groups of revolutionaries, all of which were inspired by the Communist teachings of Karl Marx. Immediately after the revolution, civil war broke out between the revolutionaries and the Red Army of the Bolsheviks, led by Lenin and Trotsky who triumphed. Old Major, whose message about Animalism leads to the rebellion against the humans, links to a combination of Marx and Lenin. The ideas of these two people eventually developed into Communism.
After the death of Lenin,... 04 Dec 08, 06:12:30
