I just graduated from college, my credit score is 700, but I will start working in january. if I apply for a car loan and home mortgage in february, will that affect my interest rate since my job is will only be one months old then, although my credit score is good and my credit history is over one year old. I guess the question is, how does my employment history affect my interest rate. It's a job of $7000/month before tax.

The typical scam was Mayflower moving contacted me after posting on a web-for-all looking for a movign company. I saw the name and thought it trustwrthy. They showed up to my 4000 sq ft home with a 24 ft Rented Ryder truck and 4 Make yourself at homies Gang members is how it felt to my wife and I. I was told over the phone 1250$ , I asked if they wasnted to schedule a walk thoguh to so they could be sure that was a good estimate and they said no.
