TRUE / FALSE 1) The words I promise to sell my house for $50,000 constitute an offer. 2) The promisor's intention that his or her promise be legally binding is not required for the formation of a contract. 3) The statement, I promise to buy from you all the coal that I need in my business next year constitutes an offer which is reasonably definite. 4) Not all terms of an offer need be expressed. Some may be implied. 5) If a contractual performance becomes illegal after the offer has been accepted but before the performance has been rendered, the offer is terminated. Bangor: Im looking for a good job once I leave the Navy in a few months, what are my options considering my experience?
I started out a deck seaman, then I did some work with a construction batallion, and then I became an Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class. I would like to be a civilian again, but I dont think that my options are too open; I dont think the pay will be worth getting out of the military... Any prior servicemembers who have any advice?...

Bangor: I want to save/rescue people in the military. What can I do?
Ok I want to save people. I have seriously considered being a coast guard rescue swimmer but i want to be in the military. I want to be either air force, navy, or marine (I don't think army is for me but I'm not yet completely eliminating it). I'm a women (college freshman), I know this dramatically cuts my rescue options down, but what can I do? I thought about being a flight surgeon because I really want to be in a plane but after looking into flight surgeons they aren't really involved in rescue. I've also considered aviation. Someone mentioned SERE which sounds like an awesome job but I want to be more involved with rescue itself. What options are there for women...
