Ayr: How likely am I to catch a cold sore from hugging someone who has one?
Okay, dumb question time, I recently ran into a friend I hadn't seen in a while, hugged hello, then realized they had what appeared to be a cold sore. It could also have been a bad (very red) pimple. It was not crusted or scabbed and did not appear to be in the fluid-filled stage, either -- it was just a red welt. I was careful not to touch my face and washed my hands and face as soon as I could. I know this sounds totally paranoid but I really want to avoid catching HSV ... how likely is it that, if my friend had a cold sore, I could have contracted it by it *maybe* brushing against my cheek during a quick hug???...

Ayr: Bt phone Broadband......switch over?
Hi At the minute, i have a BT phone line, which i've had for over 10 years, and the price seems to be going up and up, i've mainly just noticed it with all this credit crunch going on. however, they charge me around £50 per month.... (this is going off my last bill) and my calls were only £4......I NEVER use the house phone, but i wat one just incase.. i'm also paying aol £17.99 for 2mb broadband, which is a total rip off (i've been paying this for around 3 years) so each month i'm paying out around £70!!!! just to have a phone line and broadband. so i've been looking over afew, like virgin...who seem grate....for the first 6 months..then...

Ayr: Mould in flat...........?
Hello, I have quite a bit of mould in my flat. It is on the walls, underneath the bed, in the bathroom, on the windows, in the wardrobe so I am just washing all my cloths and scrub the wardrobe........ I would like to know if mould is a valid reason to terminate the contract early. It is supposed to run until end of April but I would like to move earlier as I am cleaning mould now all the time.
