Why where Rangers David Murrays second choice? I believe he only went to Rangers after the mighty Ayr Utd knocked him back. Is that not the case.

My grandfather, who passed away a few months ago, his name was Ariel. I love the meaning of the name but im afraid he would get teased in school because of the association with the little mermaid. so i think Arieh is an appropriate varient. And if its a girl we would make it Arielle. Ariel and Arielle are prn AH ree el not AYR ee el.

well im sorry Hi but im trying to find names with something called MEANING. and biblical. I really dont like overused names. and my brtothers name is Jacob (Jake) so i cant really use that. and my inlaws name is Sarah so again it wouldnt work.
i dont understand how names are ugly when they come from the bible and having deep meanings. unlike tiffany or courtney. why would i name a daughter that?? i personally think those names are ugly and plain and overused.

Ayr: Do you think the law an ass?
Scotland - I read in the Daily Record yesterday about a man who was fined £50 for littering in Ayr High Street - he hadn't noticed that he had dropped a £10 note.
He had just bought a £3 Tshirt from a charity shop. He had paid with a £20 and was putting his £17 change in his pocket as he walked away from the shop. He said he put 7 x £1 coins in his front pocket and was putting the receipt and the £10 note in his back pocket but he must have missed and they fell on the pavement. A policeman shouted to him and when he turned round, spotted his money, he thanked the policeman and picked up his tenner and receipt. Then the policeman said he had been littering and gave him an on the spot fine of £50.
The guy is unemployed and is going to appeal against this.
I have always said that Mr Bumble the Beadle had it right when he said The law is an ass.

What is all this about?
Should he claim that his Human Rights have been violated?
My point is that under these circumstances a warning is more than enough, fining the guy £50 is nothing more than being a 'jobsworth'.
