Angus: Does this sound like SAD?
Hey guys, I was wondering if you thought this sounded a bit like social anxiety disorder or if I'm just a hypochondriac... Here are some of my symptoms;
-I absolutely hate speaking in front of people. When it's my turn to present something in class, all the time up until I present, I'm sweating, and absolutely stressing out (on the inside. I feel like I'm about to explode almost.). When I start presenting, I'm still in this state and my voice gets very shaky and I start skipping things (sometimes vital things) even though I prepared, and thought about it ahead of time. basically I blank a lot and feel like I did terrible. After this happens I think abo... 21 Mar 10, 03:03:54
Angus: Should I buy a new car or fix my current one?
My brother in law is debating whether to buy a new car. He took his Toyota Camry 2007 with over $110K miles into the dealership today and it'll cost him $3500 to get a new engine. I guess he hadn't been taking as good a care and doing the regular oil changes that he should've been. They have another Toyota Sequoia car (prob about 5 yo) that they just put 2 new tires in - this one usu tows their 3 kids all 7/under. My sister is the driver of the Sequoia who is usu the one driving the kids around. The Camry is used by my brother-in-law to get to/from his 2 jobs (1-20miles RT, the other about 10miles RT from home) and is used less frequently to pickup one of the kids. They don... 21 Mar 10, 03:03:02
Angus: Night shifter at Tesco's - Superstore?
Just a couple of questions:
Obviously it depends on how big the store is but.
1. During the night shift (12-6am) how many staff roughly do they have working at once?
2. In the time that you've worked nights have you seen many people come and go? (quitters)
3. How did you night workers answer the application form?
(Don't need to mark things like adds to group decisions effective in leading others which would be more team leader/ manager roles am i right?)
4. How did you get your night job (shelf stacker) was it advertised?
(Ive never seen them advertised, so should I go in and hand a cover letter with app form to the manager or can I mail it inst... 21 Mar 10, 03:03:29
Angus: I want to quit my job because i'm depressed and suicidal, please read and help.?
Basically...i'm unbelievably depressed. I'm always sad, but lately i've just gotten far worse then i've ever been. I've been contemplating suicide alot and i've even been thinking of admitting myself to psychiatric hospital. Anyways, the reason i'm depressed is because i'm lonely, but i'm far too antisocial to make friends or even hold conversations, even small talk with people. I only have one person in my life other than family, and this person has told me i'm boring and lack a personality. That person ditches me a lot, because he doesn't enjoy my company only making me feel more lonely. Anyways, i work in fast food, and i hate it. I h... 21 Mar 10, 03:03:31
Angus: How else can I change my life?
Im trying way hard to change who I am and how I live my life. Im leaving the first 20 years of my life behind, reinventing myself. This is what ive got planned so far. Please add any helpful ideas.
-Donate all unneeded material possessions.
-Wear only basic plain inexpensive clothes.
-No TV, unless educational such as Nat Geo.
-No computer, unless for educational use.
-Exercise every day.
-Do something helpful/kind every day, at least make the effort.
-Never complain again, for there is always someone in a way more awful situation.
-Find a hard physically (as well as mentally) challenging job. Work my hardest everyday.
-Call people out who are beeing azz-holes.

Angus: Rogers cell, Telus plan? HELP PLZ?!?!?!?
I am on Telus prepaid because that is all I can afford seems as I don't have a job yet. Well a couple of days ago the screen broke on my Telus phone and I have to buy a new one. Well I was planing on getting the same phone but for everything it will cost 100 dollars. I don't have that kind of money and my sister has a blackberry curve that she doesn't use anymore. It still works but she was on Rogers when she had it. I was going to change over to Rogers Pay as you Go but that costs quite a bit more than Telus prepaid. So I was wondering if it is possible to have the Telus plan on that Rogers phone? THX! <3 :)... 21 Mar 10, 01:03:11

What you absolutely need to know!
My name is Bailey; my mom trains animals at Sea World to do tricks. I want to be just like her, but the problem is I’m only 13 and I can’t get a job. Mom got me a gig that pays 5 dollars a week, but it isn’t nearly as fun as teaching a dolphin to jump through a ring of fire. So here I am, passing out maps and information packets to all the Sea World customers. I’m not anywhere near my mom during my two hour shift, I stand near the bathrooms. (Thank god that’s not my job) If I run out of maps o... 21 Mar 10, 01:03:03
Angus: How to keep both families happy while planning the wedding?
When you and your fiancee' are dating, isn't it common to meet both side of the family before saying I do ? However, my husband and I were both in Job Core when we got married on weekend pass and yet, I never changed my maiden name while I was in there. His side of the family knew, they had a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter-in-law but my side of the family, didn't know they had a son-in-law and a grandson-in-law because I never told them when we got married. They still assumed we were engaged and I kept it that way. However, neither side met their in-laws and won't for another several months.
Now graduating from Job Core and living on our own, we are hav... 21 Mar 10, 01:03:46
