Job Description
Abrecco are recruiting on behalf of a well known Glasgow based client an IT Service Delivery Analyst / Coordinator. Candidates will be excellent communicators (both verbal and written) and will have previous experience of coordinating IT Change, IT Procurement, IT Support, IT licensing, Asset Management, etc. To be considered you should have commercial exposure of the following;
Essential
- ITIL Qualification
- Service Delivery and Service Support
- Previous experience of developing ITIL Policies and Procedures
- Experience of Coordinating Service Delivery
- Experience of Vendor Management
- Experience of Analysing and Monitoring SLA?s
