Job Description
Our client is searching for an IT Sales Manager / Account Manager to lead the team of Graphic Designers and Programmers.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Assigning and managing work loads between programming and graphic design teams to an agreed timescale
• Ensuring work completed by teams meet company standards, as a measure of quality control
• Troubleshooting programming and graphic design issues when required
• Tracking company performance indicators and implementing changes when missing marks
• Keeping team morale high
• Highly organized, ability to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure; as well as, demonstrate creativity with regards to presence with client, have basic knowledge of sales strategies, and ability to lead a quality producing/efficient team
• Proven experience in leading a team in an IT environment and ideally sales achievement with programming and graphic design experience preferred
Salary dependant on experience
