IT Recruitment Consultant : Edinburgh : Excellent See other jobs from Abrecco Status: Full Time Salary: Job Location: Europe > United Kingdom > Scotland   Job Description We are recruiting Sales Consultants for our Permanent and Contract recruitment teams at our rapidly expanding Edinburgh office which complements our existing offices in Bristol and London. We are interested in experienced sales people preferably from the IT arena who are looking to develop their career and realise their earning potential. Where required you will receive individual mentor based training to extend your natural sales skills. Responsibility and progression will be awarded quickly on the basis of merit. The Roles: Consultants will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing their own business fully supported by systems, infrastructure and experience Abrecco has developed to succeed in the current marketplace. To succeed you will need to be active, persistent and professional and prepared to give it your all. These roles will primarily require phone sales skills interspersed with key client visits. Essential Criteria: - Attitude : Positive, Ambitious, Motivated, Intuitive, Persistent and Persuasive. - Commitment : We are not a 9 to 5 operation - Only consistent effort will bring success! - Active : High levels of activity, particularly on the ?phone, are essential for early success. - Ambitious : you must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Intelligent : Your judgement and ability to learn will be vital for your success. - Personable : Your ability to empathise with colleagues and clients will distinguish you.
