Salary guideline range would be in the region of £60,000 subject to experience
We are a recruitment agency and we are currently recruiting for an experiened and highly skilled HR professional, the successful candidate would be responsible for the HR department ensuring recruitment targets were met and were within budget constraints. Also with skills and expertise in the management and development of key people.
HR Business Partner
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Advising the Line Managers and being first point of contact on all HR and management issues
Identifying the strategic competencies and forecast the critical skills requirements through talent review and contribute to potential tracking, training and exchange programmes
Identifying the positions which are to be filled by recruitment or by international and cross functional mobility, and monitor the selection process
Ensuring the implementation of the performance review process and career development policy at local level
defining training priorities according to Division objectives
Monitor headcount in accordance with targets fixed to Divisions and workload forecasts
providing on a regular basis HR reports and metrics to the Business and the HR SBP
Ensuring implementation of HR plans at local level
Providing HR support to the organizational changes within the different functions
Working with other HR members in developing close working together to reinforce the competitiveness of the company.
Ensuring proper application of national regulations within the Divisions
Facilitating the trans-national integration process within Divisions by taking part in major HR projects and workshops
Expected Results:
Ensure the implementation of HR policies, guidelines, new processes and tools to be implemented and provide appropriate communication
Ensure that the specific HR requirements are taken in account
Facilitate sharing of experiences and best practices with others BP's
Guarantee compliance with national social legislation
Contribute to develop a common HR culture and understanding in order to facilitate the implementation of harmonized HR processes and tools
Contribute to maintain a good social climate to carry through the company projects in keeping with its economic performance
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential:
Fluent English; Robust knowledge of UK HR working practices & legislation
Desirable:
A second European language; MCIPD
Previous Experience
Essential:
Proven generalist HR experience ideally gained in a multinational engineering environment.
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
