Job Description
We urgently require experienced Housing Officers, to start an on going contract on Monday 18th December.
The role will involve general patch management, including ASB, dealing with breaches of tenancies and visiting the tenants. The role will not involve dealing with rents and lettings.
Ideal candidates must have previous generic housing officer experience, be able to start on the 18th December, have your own transport and be flexible to travel around the Manchester area, including Bolton, Denton, Sale, Old trafford, Bury, Salford, Wythenshaw and North Manchester.
