Helpdesk Agent - Part Time - Perm - Livingston - S See other jobs from Abrecco Status: Full Time Salary: Job Location: Europe > United Kingdom > Livingston   Job Description Abrecco are recruiting a customer focussed Part Time Helpdesk Agent to join a rapidly expanding team within our client site in Livingston. This exciting vacancy will involve working within a fast paced and dynamic Service Desk/Call Centre type environment covering Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm (although some flexibility may be needed). Enthusiasm, strong communication and customer skills are needed and previous call centre experience is desirable. Technical training will be provided as part of the induction. Required - Good communication skills, in particular verbal and call handling skills - Ability to work within a target orientated environment - Knowledge of computers, software and applications Desirable - Experience in the use of call logging/customer request recording systems - Knowledge of Microsoft XP, Office and Outlook This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to move into a telephone support position with excellent prospects.
