You will be able to earn commission from day one and benefit from working in a supportive team environment where you will progress through a structured 3 month development course and have input from an experienced manager on a day to day basis. This training combined with your enthusiasm, confidence and competitive edge will ensure your success within BMS. Within BMS the Executive Search division is forecast to be the biggest growth sector and as a result will be able to offer unrivalled opportunities for progression.
