Finance Assistant (Special Projects) See other jobs from Recruit Spain Status: Full Time Salary: Job Location: Europe > Spain > Gibraltar   Job Description To deal on a day-to day with various ad hoc finance projects that arise and to assist and support the Head of Finance and Treasury in day to day activities. Principle Objectives and Responsibilities including the following, other objectives may be assigned:  Income reporting and split  Money Market Investments  Banking new accounts, customer funds segregation  Credit Rating Fitch  Authorising, signing all invoices  Daily MC settlement  Monthly reporting pack (compliance, stock, finance) Competences  Maintains own competence and compliant status  Deals with customers  Analyses and assesses customers needs  Presents recommendations to customers  Maintains a safe working environment  Plans and organises own work  Provides a service to customers  Manages own time Knowledge Required  Previous experience in a finance role  Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm. Skills Required  Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, that are effective and meet business needs  Confident and effective telephone skills  Pro-active approach to daily duties  The ability to work to strict deadlines  Good customer relationship skills  Able to work well as an individual and as part of a team  The ability to prioritise and organise own workload  The ability to work supportively and jointly with colleagues  Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines when required IT skills  MS Word  MS Outlook  Accurate data input skills  Excel  Keyboard skills Salary dependant on experience You must live locally Qualifications/Skills Required ...........
