Male with pleasing personality.
Candidate should have a certificate of a professionally trained institute. Having a minimum of 2 years of working experience in hotel, restaurant, catering or a hospitality industry. Should have advanced information on hygiene, its monitoring systems and principles.
Creative and able to demonstrate the ability to produce the listed menu of the system. Flexibility to the requirement of the unit and pleasing personality.
Knowledge in continental cuisine and food presentation would be of advantage.
Experience in running a kitchen, including food costing, personnel management and inventory management and control is of advantage
