Executive Search Consultant Sales Recruitment
Within 12 months you could be a fully fledged Senior Consultant earning over 50,000 and working for one of the most successful sales recruitment companys in the UK.
You will be able to earn commission from day one and benefit from working in a supportive team environment where you will progress through a structured 3 month development course and have input from an experienced manager on a day to day basis.
This training combined with your enthusiasm, confidence and competitive edge will ensure your success within BMS. As a company over 95% of our Managers have been recruited from within and have started their careers as Graduate Consultants.
Within BMS the Executive Search division is forecast to be the biggest growth sector and as a result will be able to offer unrivalled opportunities for progression. We have developed an open, honest and ethical culture where people are rewarded for their hard work with regular incentives including trips to Barcelona and free nights out.
BMS Executive Search division is based from the Coventry office and although regular travel throughout the UK is expected you will need to be commutable to Coventry.
We are therefore looking for ambitious people with a minimum of 2 years permanent recruitment experience, confident enough to speak to senior directors on the phone and possess a competitive edge. Basic Salary - 25 - 30,000
