Job Description
The Managing Director of a very successful, well established and extremely highly regarded company in Marbella is looking for a top PA/Office Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
You will be perfectly bilingual in Spanish and English both written and spoken ,(French would be a bonus) and possess excellent communication and administration skills. A natural multitasker and an extremely organized person you will thrive on challenges and be able to work to time constraints and to think on your feet.
You will be dynamic, confident, resilient, good at taking decisions and also able to delegate and work independently. A flexible and adaptable approach are key in this role.
An immediate contract, excellent salary and bonus scheme will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a longterm position and would suit someone mature who has worked in a Spanish business environment and is familiar with office procedures here.
