Job Description
A Customer Service Manager is required for this major travel company based in Chester. Your main objective on a day to day basis will be to support the Head of Contact Centre in overseeing the running of the department and maintaining company standards by ensuring that the department delivers excellent customer service and support to all customers.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that consistantly accurate documentation is issued to customers within relevant timescales and managing the process of both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that all relevant and appropriate action is taken, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the department.
You will provide a hands-on support role to the team, liaising with tour operators, airlines and customers to resolve queries efficiently whilst also leading by example, motivating and coaching the team members.
You will have worked with the retail travel industry for a number of years, have a wealth of knowledge of destinations and tour operators and have previous supervisory or management experience.
