CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT £30,000- £35,000+ BENEFITS PACKAGE

My client is a well established and world-renowned firm of chartered accounts with an enviable reputation. They have a multi £million turnover with a progressive attitude. In order to continue with their success they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Consultant.
You will be required to support and provide training and consultancy in Practice Management software dealing with partners and staff. You will also be involved in implementation and smooth running of a practice administration system.
We seek an experienced motivated professional with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who has been working for a firm of Chartered Accountants in a Practice administration role and have been actively involved in developing the system to meet the needs of the business. Good working knowledge of how a Practice functions. A working knowledge of PC operating systems, including Networks, in particular Microsoft NT, Windows 98 and Windows 2000. Experience of database design and report writing work in either Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL will be a significant advantage. Applicants who work outside the profession may also be considered. Experience of Crystal reports would be a valuable asset.
