Job Description

Customer Relations Trainer - Cambridge - Salary: Up to £20k+ Plus Bonus + Benefits

Can you really motivate and energise others?

If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you. Your experience is less important than your desire to do training/coaching and your passion for it. You will be working closely with both the Training Coach and the Customer Relations Manager overseeing all aspects of the training life-cycle, supporting the CR Team in achieving excellent quality output and performance.

Your role:
" Oversee the entire CR Training Programme
" Deliver training to CR team members in group and 1:1 environments
" Ensure all new CR team members are trained in every area to the highest standard
" Providing training on our bespoke systems as needed
" Presenting, creating and managing an ongoing Refresher Training schedule for the CR Team
" Providing training as needed to members of the team when taking on a new role or new responsibilities
" Using quality performance figures to drive training

Key Requirements:

" Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
" Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
" Capacity to work independently to agreed time scales
" Ability to interpret quality data in order to provide up to the minute training
" Excellent IT and time management skills
" Minimum of 1 year's experience working with all areas of the training life cycle from TNA to evaluation

Also useful:

" Degree level education or equivalent experience;
" Experience of implementing significant changes in working practice
" An interest in computer games
