Job Description
In this new position within a leading Creative Digital Agency, you will lead the design process by conceptualizing and communicating potential user-centred new media design solutions; then you will build those solutions in Flash. This job demands that you have advanced skills and leadership in visual design, interactive design, and awareness of client-side technologies. You will work with our technologists to bridge design and technology, integrating appropriate delivery systems for commerce and content deployment.
Responsibilities
• Develop interactive design attitudes and concepts for client projects that exceed their marketing and business goals
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure your design is consistent with client expectations and overall project goals
• Build critical project elements and oversee development of secondary components
• Work with project team to design and implement dynamic content functionality and its implementation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have interactive Flash design experience with an interactive agency or equivalent, plus:
• Demonstrated ability to design fresh interactive projects for major companies
• An ability to imagine the experience of targeted users and to assume their perspective
• Proficiency in Flash and Actionscript, Photoshop, and Illustrator required.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in graphic or new media design, or equivalent experience
