Job Description
CHEF/COOK
This is a franchise opportunity. This City centre public house opens from 7 am to 11 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 11 pm at the weekends. In the past they have franchised out the catering which was extremely successful. They currently only offer a small range of basic microwave meals at lunch. They are now looking again to offer a comprehensive pub food service.
As a franchisee you will be asked to provide your own stock. The kitchen and some utencils are provided. The landlord will not take any profit from the food sales and is looking for an individual to provide appetising pub food to compliment the busy wet sales.
The scope for the right individual is immense with the opportunity for providing catering for breakfasts, lunches, snacks, evening meals etc. The extent of profit will obviously depend on the individual’s expertise, determination and motivation to work the hours and provide the service required.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
Preferably catering qualifications
Must be a competent cook/chef
