Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for part time call centre staff to work on their helpdesk. This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to be able to offer exceptional customer service skills. The part time hours include:
5p.m. -10p.m. 5 nights a week (inc Sats as required) or 5 hours flexibly between 09.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. with occasional evenings as required. These positions are 25 hours a week.

Qualifications/Skills
Required
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential, it is more important that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer excellent customer service.
