Job Description
One of the industry's market leaders is looking for a Consumer Insight Manager to release meaningful and usable data into the business, to impact planning and decision-making in areas over and beyond the existing marketing arena. This will include both the online and offline environment in terms of trends, product and marketing opportunities.
Customer data is a critical tool in directly influencing their consumer businesses in their product development strategy allowing it to be based on robust, well founded data.
You will be responsible for the overall management of a customer database, guiding the development of the company's database infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data and providing the business with key analysis and intelligence of its consumers and their reactions to marketing communications and purchasing patterns.
You will also be responsible for leading and implementing any quantitative or qualitative customer research that may be necessary and disseminating the findings into the business.
You will have at least three years' relevant experience in a data-driven marketing environment together with an understanding of database design methodologies and best practice processes in data capture, storage and extraction. You will also have a experience of either managing or undertaking data-driven strategies, including RFV, customer segmentation, testing, controls, customer selections and campaign reporting. You will be highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and experience of analytical techniques such as regression, CHAID and cluster analysis would be useful. You will also have experience of SQL Server and MS Office applications (particularly Access and Excel).
Based in North London, this role offers a salary up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits.
