Claims Handlers - Bristol Centre

Job Description

Working for one of Bristol's most respectable Insurance company's you will be responsible for handling Motor and Household Claims and progressing them through to their conclusion.

You will have to have really good interpersonal skills to manage our customers expectations and also realise the requirements of the company. Previous call handling experience is not essential as training is provided but experience will be an advantage.

This is a high volume inbound customer contact centre with a strong team ethic, so you will also need to remain calm, patient and positive at all times and be able to resilent to adapt to different calls.

Luckily our client has developed a really strong support structure for new claims handlers to get the very best advice, coaching and motivation throughout training and ongoing.

A high level of customer service is expected by all employees which you may have gained through a retail or office environment.

Good organisational skills, clear spoken voice and accurate written skills are essential. Prioritising skills and sometimes working under pressure to achieve a deadline are equally important.

This is an office environment with casual smart dress code and a great benefits package.

Salary ranges between £13250 and £16500 depending on experience. Early good performance is recognised and rewarded with salary awards.
