Job Description
One of Warwickshire?s major events, exhibition and conference centre is looking for a multi unit Catering Manager with a salary up to £35000. This is a very exciting opportunity for an existing multi site manager to manage multiple outlets in this busy operation.
As multi unit Catering Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the operation, financial control, team management, recruitment, development and training, and organisation and preparation of all events and functions. You should be aiming to increase revenue and ensure your team always deliver outstanding customer service.
You will be an experienced manager in a similar environment. You will have faultless organisational skills and be very much a hands on Manager. Excellent communication skills are essential to run this large team across multiple units.
