Job Description: Senior Data and Systems Consultant for Mobile Telco ProjectsWe are looking for experienced Data & Systems consultant consultant with demonstrable expertise in a number of the following areas:- Assessment of data to identify appropriate data sources for the creation of campaigns- Identification of data gaps and recommendations on how to address gaps- Recommend optimum approach to creation and implementation of campaigns - Ability to assess tool and environment suitability (technology and people) to enable execution of campaigns, perform analytics & modelling- Ability to design implementation that can be maintained by client- "Hands-on" implementation of "Tracks" in co-operation with client team, and handover to clientCore Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required: - Business knowledge and "hands-on" use a of Campaign Management System (e.g. Unica, Chordiant Marketing Director, TRM, SAS MA, Siebel Marketing) including campaign design, process, measurement and evaluation.- Some exposure to Analytic Applications such as SAS, SPSS/Clementine, Kxen. Experience of integrating analytical models into execution of campaign logic.- Strong "hands-on" data and systems management including extensive experience of using SQL, Unix scripts & schedulers.- Able to work independently, problem solving, presentation and client management.- Ideally should have worked in Mobile Telco sector before- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, 5+ years in the industry- Ideally Consultancy experienceQualifications and Personal Attributes:- Likely to be educated to degree level and/or with a recognised marketing qualification- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including experience at building enduring relationships with senior executives in blue-chip companies- Motivated, determined, tenacious, energetic and delivery focussed- A good team player able to work with, lead, motivate and inspire colleagues and clients- Strong analysis skills & highly numerate- International travel is an essential requirement. Potential locations are mainly Europe. This role requires working out of office hours, extensive travel and away from home much of the time (returning home each week)Rates:£450 - £550/day plus expenses at cost or around £60k employedAbout the Client:The Client has a long and established track record helping its clients build and retain customer value and specialises in enhancing the customer management capabilities of their clients.
