Job Description: Software Support Coordinator/ Project Coordinator £25,000 to £30,000+ Great Location, Benefits and Excellent Transport Links An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Software Support Coordinator/Project Coordinator to join a well-known and established company in the heart of Reading, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop upon your skills and gain a wealth of experience working within this expanding business. Purpose of the role; To support the development of interactive e-learning courses for schools, young people, parents and staff To rollout the use of other software products including webchat and internal meeting software within the organisation. My client is looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal. The suitable candidate will have good ICT skills and the ability to learn new software products quickly. Main Duties and responsibilities; Work with Business staff to indentify courses suitable for development online. Consult with partner organisations to prioritise and timetable course offerings. Advise on additional technology investment if necessary. Fully develop interactive courses and course materials. Pilot courses internally and externally, either working with a trainer or delivering courses direct. Work with Managers to finalise cost for courses. Devise booking and payment process for participants. Administer and co-deliver the first batch of online courses. Work with the IT Manager to ensure the IT infrastructure is suitable to software developments. Act as a champion for electronic meetings in the Thames Valley regularly communicating to and training staff. Provide technical support to staff using the new resources. Work with partners to introducing meeting software across the different organisations. Consider additional uses for e-learning/meeting technology. Embed the use of our web-chat systems for young people, parents and staff. Undertake other relevant activities as directed by the Head of Support.
