Job Description: Italian OR Spanish & English Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

The hours of work are flexible rotating shifts between 8am-8pm with occasional weekend work.
We're looking for a Italian OR Spanish and English speaking Customer Service Team Leader to manage a small team of multi-lingual Customer Service advisors in a call centre environment in Oldham. Excellent benefits are on offer, including a basic salary of £20k.
Fluent in both Italian OR Spanish and English, you'll already have some experience working as a Team Leader in a call centre, so you'll understand the importance of excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
