Job Description: Oxfordshire based organisation is looking to recruit a strong Developer with experience of HR.NET (HR.NET). You will be involved in working on a fully customised HR.NET database and have the ability to understand requirements and make the required amendments and enhancements to the HR.NET software.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with multi location departments and define use requirements along with user assistance and issue resolution on the HR.NET software.
The Developer will also require a strong technical background in areas such as:·
Microsoft Office
C#.NET or VB.NET
Javascript and HTML
SQL Server
You will have strong oral and written communication skills and have the desire to learn new techniques to benefits the organisation; you will need to be able to understand HR.NET from day one and offer advice on how it can be best improved and maintained to benefit the business.
