Job Description: Eclypse Recruitment are delighted to offer the fantastic opportunity to join one of the countries leading healthcare providers at Senior manager level in one of their Nursing Homes in the Liverpool area. We are looking for a manager that can "get things done" and isn't afraid to implement changes and see them though to resolution. The perfect person will be a dynamic leader with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for exceptional care. The home specialises in care of the Elderly and is close to Liverpool
We are looking for an experienced RGN or RMN to perform a mix of clinical and leadership work. The majority of work is management based leading and motivate a team of managers on the Units and overseeing the smooth running of the Nursing units within the home. Daily duties will include but are not limited to;
? Ensure standards are maintained through monitoring and audits
? Identify area for improvement and ensure your directs are carried out
? Ensure appropriate reviews and assessments take place.
? To ensure care plans are completed for all residents
? Deploy staff efficiently and control duty rota.
? Adhere to policies and procedures
? Monitor specific aspects of care Work with the Home Manager to ensure smooth running of the Home
? Ensure all residents have a complete assessment prior to admission to the home
? To ensure as a minimum an annual re assessment of each residents needs is completed
? Conducting walk rounds
? Ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded where possible
? Taking ownership of staff
Previous experience as a RGN Registered General Nurse or an RMN working with the Elderly is essential as is the drive and determination to succeed as well as previous management experience in a similar environment.
