Job Description: Clinical LeadOur client is an exclusive care home based in the South Manchester area. set within pleasant and peaceful surroundings and within easy reach of all amenities, the home provides 24-hour excellent long term or respite residential & nursing care to 66 residents.A rare opportunity for Clinical lead has now become available and the successful can expect to receive a competitive salary and excellent career prospects.Your main responsibilities will be: Assisting with the assessment of nursing care needs. Planning, delivering and evaluating individual care / treatment plans in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team. Conducting risk assessments. Supervising care staff in the delivery of high standards of care / treatment to achieve planned goals. Assisting with staff scheduling to ensure adequate people are available to meet requirements. * Participating in care staff supervisions and reviews and assisting with the induction and orientation of new care staff. Participating in clinical audit / quality / continuous improvement processes.
