Job Description: French OR German & English Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

The hours of work are flexible rotating shifts between 8am-8pm with occasional weekend work.
We're looking for a French OR German and English speaking Customer Service Team Leader to manage a small team of multi-lingual Customer Service advisors in a call centre environment in Oldham. Excellent benefits are on offer, including a basic salary of £20k.
Fluent in both French OR German (Spanish OR Italian will also be considered but However French OR German is preferable) and English, you'll already have some experience working as a Team Leader in a call centre, so you'll understand the importance of excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
As a Team Leader, you'll have regular contact with clients including handling customer complaints, so excellent communication skills are key.
