Job Description: Clinical Services Manager/Deputy Home ManagerShawside, Oldham Competitive Salary + BenefitsIf you’re a talented nurse with excellent management skills, make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our residents with the highest standards of care.Looking after the wellbeing of our residents at the forefront of nursing and dementia care, you’ll take the clinical lead at a multi-site home that has 150 beds, 5 units and exellent facilities. Enjoying plenty of variety at a home where every day is different and we really get to know our residents, you’ll help to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels at home.Taking responsibility for managing and motivating the care team, your role will involve delivering and monitoring all aspects of care, making sure that care plans are completed and residents are assessed and continually reassessed. An RGN or RMN who leads by example, you must be able to co-ordinate rotas and meet the individual needs of residents as part of a wider multi-disciplinary community team.
