Job Description: Deputy Manager - Elderly Care/ Dementia Oxford Permanent - Full Time - £28,000 - £32,000 STR Health is looking for a Deputy Manager to join their client's prestigious nursing home group. You must be RGN or RMN qualified and have a real passion for elderly care. STR Health invites applications from motivated and thoughtful RGN or RMN. Responsibilities include planning, implementing and supervising the provision of quality care, in conjunction with clients. To maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff members and visitors. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and a proven clinical track record. A strong customer focus and a flexible approach to working hours will also be key to succeeding in this role. This is a full time permanent post. The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
