Job Description:  Project Office Administrator / Training Coordinator. Professional Services Operations Support. We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator with excellent financial administration skills to work for a leading, global software & services provider. The role is two fold with half your time being dedicated to supporting the client facing Project Managers and Consultants; this will include ensuring that all financial information relating to live Projects are tracked, managed and maintained including invoicing, timesheets, expenses etc. My client also offers first class training in their onsite state of the art training facilities. They require a front of desk receptionist who will look after the diary management for all trainees and courses, ensuring all financials are kept up to date and maintaining first class customer service at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, well presented individual with exceptional communication skills to develop their career into the Project Coordination / Administration / Support environment within a first class Professional Services organisation.
